Standard integrations

Connect the tools you already use.

Part of the Standard integrations module. Everything here connects to your own accounts: your Xero, your Stripe, your calendars. You switch each one on in HQ.

The approved list

Xero

A summary of each day's takings, sent to your own Xero every night.

One sales invoice a day, split into services, products, memberships, deposits and no-show fees, marked paid against a clearing account you choose. Gift cards sold are kept as a liability until they’re used.

How it works

Calendar feeds

Each person's bookings in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar.

A private link per person, showing the service and the client’s first name, never phone numbers or emails. One way only. Google refreshes subscribed calendars every few hours.

How it works

Card readers

Take card payments in person on a Stripe reader (WisePOS E or S700).

Paid into your own Stripe account. Take payment on a booking, or a sale at the counter. Stripe charges its in-person fees; we take nothing.

How it works

Webhooks for Zapier and Make

Send new bookings, changes, cancellations, new clients and payments to other apps.

Signed JSON to an address you choose, retried for 24 hours if it doesn’t answer, with a delivery log.

How it works

On request

Not in the standard list yet. Ask, and we’ll quote in writing before you commit.

Instagram and Facebook “Book” buttons need no integration: point them at your booking link. When you connect your own Xero, Zapier, Make or calendar, that service works for you under your own agreement with it: see our Privacy Policy, section 4.
