Bookings lists upcoming bookings for the next 7, 14 or 30 days. Choose the range at the top.
- Cancel a booking with Cancel. HQ tells you whether it was a free or a late cancellation, and any late fee under your booking rules.
- If a class has a waitlist, cancelling a place can automatically offer it to the next person.
What your customers get
Every booking sends a confirmation with a private link to manage the booking. Customers can cancel from it within your cancellation rules, without calling you.
If customer accounts are switched on, customers can also sign in on your site to see and manage all their bookings.
Customers
Customers holds everyone who has booked with you. Choose Add customer to add someone yourself, for example a regular who books by phone. Tick marketing opt-in only if they’ve agreed to hear from you.
