- Membership: renews every month, quarter or year until cancelled. It can be unlimited or give a number of credits each period.
- Class pack: paid once for a number of credits that expire after a set time, such as 5 classes in 90 days.
- Intro offer: tick it to sell a plan only to people who haven’t visited before.
How members book
Signed-in members book classes with their membership or credits. Credits are spent oldest-expiring first and come back when a class is cancelled in time. When you add a booking in HQ, tick “use membership” to do the same.
Looking after members
On Memberships → Members you can pause, resume or cancel a membership, add or remove credits with a reason, and see each member’s credit history. A member whose renewal payment fails is marked “Payment failed” and can’t book with credits until it’s paid.
Joining needs an “I agree to the regular payments” tick. We email members before each renewal and remind them of what they pay every six months, and they can cancel online from their account at any time. This follows the UK’s subscription rules.
If Stripe has switched on Bacs Direct Debit for your account, you can offer it for memberships on the Payments page.
