Setting up your floor
- Go to Tables → Floor plan. Add your areas, such as the main room or terrace.
- Add each table with its fewest and most seats. Tick “joinable” for tables that can be pushed together with another in the same area.
- On Services, edit your reservation service and tick “Book by party size onto tables”. Optionally cap the covers per start time and set a deposit per person for big parties.
How reservations work
Customers choose how many people, a date and a free time, and can tell you about allergies or a high chair. Each party gets the smallest table that fits, so big tables stay free; when no single table fits, two joinable tables are put together.
Tonight
Tables → Tonight lists the day’s reservations by time with party sizes, tables, phone numbers, allergy flags and customers’ notes, plus total covers. Choose Move table to seat a party elsewhere, or Add reservation for phone bookings and walk-ins.
