Today and what needs you
The Dashboard shows today’s arrivals (with first visits and allergy flags) and today’s classes with places and waitlists. “Needs your attention” lists things waiting on you, such as members whose payment failed, fees you could charge, allergens to confirm or emails that didn’t send. Each one links to where you sort it.
Reports
- Pick a period (this week, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month, or your own dates). Every number is compared with the period just before.
- Bookings count by when they happen. “Taken online” is money actually received, after refunds; “Booked value” is the price of bookings, not counting those covered by a membership.
- See bookings, no-shows and value by service and by team member, with hours worked and any commission. Download either table as a CSV.
