Two kinds of note
Every note about a client is either Team or Only me. Team is the default: everyone in the business who can see clients can read it. Only me is for the things a client told you, not the salon.

The owner can read every note, private ones included, because the business is responsible for everything it holds. HQ tells each staff member this the first time they write an Only me note.
Where the rule follows the note
- Briefs are written only from the notes the person asking can read.
- Connections drawn from an Only me note appear only on that person’s map (and the owner’s).
- Recent changes shows a private change as “Added a private note” to anyone who cannot read it.
- The client’s own data export, which only the owner can make, includes every note.
Tip: You cannot change a note from Only me to Team. Write a new Team note with the part you want to share.
