Upload
- Go to Library in HQ (it appears when the Video library module is on).
- Drag video files onto the upload box, or choose files. MP4 or MOV work best. Big files are fine: they go straight from your computer to our video host in pieces, and a dropped connection picks up where it left off.
- Each video shows Uploading, then Processing, then Ready. Captions are made automatically.
Tip: Keep the page open until each upload reaches Processing.
Details and who can watch
Click a video to set its title, description, instructor, level, collection and the moment its thumbnail is taken from. Then choose who can watch:
- Everyone: a free taster, no sign-in needed.
- Any member: anyone with an active membership or class pack.
- Members of chosen plans: only those plans.
Someone who can’t watch sees the title, description and thumbnail with “Join to watch”, which links to your memberships. A paused or cancelled membership can’t start a video.
Collections and order
Add collections (Beginners, Mobility…) and drag collections or videos into the order you want, or use the arrow buttons.
What members see
Your site gets a Library page: collections, Continue watching (where they got to), and search. The player works on phones, AirPlay and Chromecast. Captions can be switched on by default. We don’t track viewers.
Each video shows a view count: a view is counted each time someone starts watching, not again if they reload within half an hour.
Fair use
Your library holds up to 100 videos and 50 hours. Usage shows at the top of the Library page. At the limit, delete videos you no longer need, or ask us about more space. Deleting a video removes it from our video host too.
