Adding a feature
More › Scale lists the features your plan does not have yet, each with what it does and what it costs a month. Once you have everything, it says so.
- Open More › Scale (on a computer, Scale is in the sidebar above Settings).
- Find the feature and choose Add. A feature that needs another one, such as video needing memberships, is added with it and the total is shown.
- Check the price and confirm. You are charged today for the rest of this month, then the full price each month.
The feature switches on straight away. Its tabs unlock and, for Ask HQ, Ask appears. Only the owner can add features; everyone else sees Scale but is asked to speak to the owner. You need a paying plan first.
Tip: To stop paying for a feature, switch it off under Website. The change shows on your next invoice.
