What Rapport is
Rapport is the module that helps you remember your clients the way a good stylist does: what they told you last time, who they mentioned, what to ask about next. It is £25 a month on the Small and Medium bands and included on Large. It needs the CRM module, which every package has.
- Today: your day in one list, with a short brief for the next client at the top.
- Notes: typed or spoken, in your own words, each marked Team or Only me.
- Connections: the people, places and events your clients mention, drawn as a map.
- Your life lane: your own appointments in the same diary, shown to clients only as unavailable.
- Undo: every change made through HQ or by voice can be undone for 30 days.
With Rapport on, HQ opens on Today instead of the Dashboard. The Dashboard is still there under Run the day.
Turning it on
- Go to Configuration and open Modules.
- Switch on Rapport and publish the change. Billing updates on your next invoice.
- Open Today. The first time, add a note about a client you know well and ask for their brief: that is the whole loop.
Tip: Rapport works without the AI and voice parts. If Venakis has paused them, or they are not set up yet, typed notes still save and the brief shows your latest notes as written.
What Rapport stores, and what it never does
Rapport keeps your notes, the connections drawn from them, cached briefs and your life lane items. It never stores audio: a spoken note is turned into text and the recording is dropped. Nothing you write is used to train models. The full list is in our Privacy Policy under “What Rapport stores”.
