Signing in
HQ is where you run your business: bookings, customers, services, your team and your website. It lives at hq.venakis.com.
- Open the link in your welcome email. It signs you straight in the first time.
- After that, go to hq.venakis.com and enter your workspace (your business’s short name, shown in the welcome email), your email address and your password.
- After five wrong passwords in a row, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes to protect your account. Wait, then try again.
Your setup checklist
The Dashboard opens with “Get your site live”, a checklist that ticks itself off as you go. Each step links to the page where you do it.
- Make the services yours: your site starts with sample services, so rename them and set your real prices.
- Introduce your team: replace the placeholder “Team Member”.
- Put classes on the timetable (class-based businesses).
- Make it look like you: choose a style and wording, then publish.
- Choose your plan: your site goes live as soon as it’s active.
- Take your first booking.
Tip: Use “Preview your site” at the top of the checklist at any time. Only you can see a site that isn’t live yet.
On your phone
HQ works on a phone. Tap “Menu” at the top to move between pages. Wide tables scroll sideways inside their card.
