The Team page
- Go to Team. A new site starts with a placeholder called “Team Member”. Choose Edit to rename it.
- Add each person with Add team member: their name as customers see it, a role and a short bio for your site.
- Email and phone are private. They’re never shown on your site.
Bookable, or on the site only
- Bookable: customers can book appointments with them, and they can lead classes.
- On site only: they appear on your Team page but can’t be booked. Untick “Customers can book with them”.
- Hidden: untick “Show on my site” for someone who has left. Their past bookings stay in your records.
